The Role:A high-end interior design company are seeking a hard-working and dedicated Showroom Executive to join their small and ambitious team. This person will have prior experience working in a showroom and will be able to help with both the sales andthe running of the showroom.This close-knit company design and manufacture bespoke furniture and hand-made textiles whilst providing exceptional service to their luxury clients. In this role, you will help raise brand awareness by meeting clients as well asincreasing productivity across the team by helping with all administrative tasks.This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is organised, confident and who loves to build relationships. This role is a Tuesday to Saturday position and so your weekend will be Sunday and Monday every week.Key Responsibilities: Meet and greet visitors entering the showroom First point of contactto deal with website and telephone sales enquiries Assist with day-to-day running of the showroom Manage the products and inventory within the showroom, ensuring stock and samples are properly looked after and tracked Organise meetings with clients to buildrelationships and brand awareness Assist with photoshoots and organising events Help organise and deliver presentations when required Raise invoices and chase clients to ensure payment is on time and properly managed, prior use of Sage desirable but not essentialWillingness to help with any ad-hoc tasks and get stuck inKey Skills: Previous administration and executive/sales/team support experience Highly organised with the ability to thrive in a demanding environment Professional and discrete with the ability to handlehigh level confidential information An understanding of the luxury environment with a high level of service Team player with ability to use initiative and think on feet to find solutions to problems that occur Excellent communication skills, both written andverbal Confident, friendly, and personable approach to sales Ability to multitask working in a varied role Interest in the interior design industry Proficient with IT systems such as Microsoft Office and internal CRMsTo apply for this position please clickon the pink button to attach your CV.By applying for this role you agree to our Privacy Policy (full details are shown at the bottom of our website).The Crowd is an equal opportunities employer and agency.
