My clients company is currently the only company in the UK to offer a complete bathroom installation service from initial design, through to the product supply and installation.The business is growing rapidly. They currently have two stores within the London area and have plans to open a further 5 to 6 stores across the city over the next few years. As they are a fast-growing business the role will be varied and will evolve over time, but the role will offer great opportunities as the company grows. The following description form part of the job specification for the Showroom Administrator & Co-Ordinator role. Please note the job specification will be amended from time to time and the role will always include duties and responsibilities required to ensure the successful running of my clients business. Responsibilities Dealing with sales enquiries and consultation bookings in the Showroom, via email and telephone. Preparing F&F Order Forms for all clients and submitting forms to the Sales team for final confirmation/approval. Placing orders for client fixtures, fittings and tiles for own outlets and franchisee outlets. Co-ordinating stock check and stock availability information. Booking deliveries and sending delivery notifications. Liaising with installers and franchisees to ensure all deliveries arrive correctly, as scheduled and without damage. Liaising with suppliers with any delivery issues. (incorrect items, damaged goods etc) Assisting with the scheduling and managing of the installation calendar. Liaising and updating clients from receipt of deposit through to completion of the build. Completing client courtesy calls and follow-ups.
