Shipping Clerk£28K plus benefitsHybrid workingLocation LondonAn experienced Shipping clerk is required to join a leading Logistics and Production Department of a well- established toiletries company based in Central London, this excellent opportunity is a Hybrid roleFully utilise your previous Shipping Clerk experience working closely with the Logistics team, to process artwork, tooling, and sampling debit notes from factories. You will ensure the smooth and efficient movement of goods from their China factory to theirUK and international destinations.You will be responsible for the following:" Coordinate with UK warehouse and freight forwarders with regards to Haulage and warehouse bookings always assuring prompt delivery" Receive, check and process shipping documents in English for the China Factory" Data entry of all shipping documents" Support the logistics team with product information databases (SharePoint and Excel)" Maintain and keep the financial shipping tracker up to date with vessel changes" Raise POs with their supply base and factories" Arrange payments from UK finance team to the China Factories" Deal with a variety of administrationThis is an excellent opportunity for you to shine and be an important part of the team you need to have the following experience and skills" To be numerate and methodical" Excellent Attention to details" Previous shipping clerk experience" Excellent Excel to include V-Lookups" CRM - Ideally SharePoint" Experience of using SAP to raise purchase orders is also a requirementYou need to be an excellent communicator, highly organised with strong prioritising skills.Please call immediately and send your CV for further information and an immediate interview
