Job Description

Shift Technician & Senior Shift Technician - Leading Real Estate CompanyMy client is one of the worlds largest real estate and development organisations, who own and operate some of London’s most prominent buildings.They provide first class services throughout their properties, serving their blue-chip occupier tenants with the best technicians in the industry.Due to the existing and planned developments across the City of London, my client are seeking to strengthen their technical resource across all shift levels.

  • Based in Landmark Corporate Building
  • Four-on four- off shift system providing the property with a 24/7 engineering presence
  • Primary function: Planned Preventative Maintenance in accordance with SFG20/CIBSE/BSRIA
  • Secondary function: Reactive maintenance / projects / minor works / emergency responses (electrical and mechanical)
  • To participate in the site inductions for contractors
  • Carry out minor electrical and mechanical installations, as and when requested
  • Assist in the management and coordination of contractors
  • Reporting for materials procurement
  • Identify, manage and report any risks, accidents or near misses in a timely manner
  • Work with and escort contractors during maintenance visits
