Fusion PeopleRole - Shift Engineer Duration - 12 Months Location - LondonDay Rate - £280 - PAYEI am currently looking for a Shift Engineer for a tier 1 contractor, the role is based in centre london and this contract runs till the March 2023As the Secondary Lining Engineer, you will be responsible to the Section Engineer for the execution of your individual responsibilities. You shall:* Work as the Secondary Lining Engineer supervising the Tunnel Secondary lining shift work - this will be a cast in-situ concrete lining cast behind a drum shutter.* Manage and ensure compliance with all Safety, Health, Environmental & Quality (SHEQ) issues on site.* Drafting RAMS and ITPs for the works to be undertaken* Manage and control the works according to approved RAMS and ITPs ensuring relevant QAQC records are taken and processed.* Maintain the reporting requirements of the shift both internally (Shift Reports) and ensuring correct distribution of information.* Ensure that all permits and authorisations are in place prior to the commencement of works in line with CVB procedures.* Working on an 8hr or 12hr shift pattern 5 days per week (Days, Nights) & cover Saturday work where requiredQualifications required for this role below are-CSCS Card, Degree or equivalent level qualification in Civil engineering, Mining or TunnellingPlease email or call thank you.---Fusion People are committed to promoting equal opportunities to people regardless of age, gender, religion, belief, race, sexuality or disability.
