Responsible for the design, development, deployment and support of business applications using Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint within CWGs Microsoft environments. The successful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring that best practicesare implemented within the developed Power Platform solutions.Client DetailsOur client is the developer of the largest urban regeneration project in Europe. They are a commercial and residential property company who, as owner, manager and developer, is responsible for the regeneration of 128 acres of the once-derelict Docklandsdistrict of East London. Their purpose is to transform urban spaces into extraordinary environments.DescriptionAs the Power Platform and SharePoint Developer, Canary Wharf you will:

• Analyse, design, develop, test and implement enterprise-scale applications and solutions utilising Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate and SharePoint in accordance with processes, standards and best practices.
• Design and build custom SharePoint Online sites and solutions
• Design and build no-code/low-code solutions on the Power Platform to support automation, integrations, and data flows
• Develop and implement technical solutions to deliver value and improve efficiencies of business processes across CWG.
• Identify areas and processes where Microsoft Power Platforms and Frameworks can be better leveraged and facilitate process improvement, helping with the wider digital transformation.
• Participate in requirements analysis, documentation and confirmation of requirements with business SMEs and IT prior to developing solutions.
• Drive Power Platform implementations through all project phases including discover, definition, build, test, and deploy
• Develop and maintain project documentation such as business requirement documents, process flows, presentations, etc
• Present tailored demonstrations of the Platform solution through regular user meeting and conduct end-user training upon solution launch.
• Design and develop Power BI Business Intelligence reports and dashboards.
• Analysing operational and financial data
• Estimating, planning, and managing your own work to deliver priorities.
• Takes responsibility for the identification, investigation and resolution of software faults occurring within applications.
• Develop, maintain and enforce IT development governance policies including following change control procedures.
• Liaising with other IT support teams, business areas and third parties in the investigation, resolution and escalation of problems and incidents, ensuring that SLA targets for application availability are maintained.
• To carry out other tasks as agreed by line management.

ProfileAs the Power Platform and SharePoint Developer, Canary Wharf you will have:

• Experience developing business applications using Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Power Platform
• 2+ years Power Apps Development experience - both Canvas & Model Driven.
• 2+ years Industry experience with Power BI and Power Automate
• 2+ years experience of developing solutions with SharePoint Online using SharePoint framework (SPFx)
• 2+ years experience developing with C#, .NET, Web Services, Web Forms, MVC, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, HTML, React, Web APIs and Visual Studio, API integrations.
• Experience in data analytics and insights, Power Query - ingestion of various data sources and DAX for complex measure development
• 2+ years SQL skills, ideally with hands on experience in the Microsoft stack, creating tables and stored procedures using SQL Server Management Studio.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure resources; Azure SQL DB, Data Factory and Blob storage
• Comfortable communicating and training business users of all levels and abilities, as interaction with business teams and other IT teams will be part and parcel of the daily work.
• Experience in the analysis, design, development, testing and implementation of enterprise-scale applications and solutions
• Must be motivated, independent and self-sufficient. Able to receive an assigned task and see it through to completion with minimal supervision.
