Job Description

Robert Half is supporting their client, a Global Consulting Firm is looking for a Shared Services Project Manager to partner and lead a Shared Services Offshoring Project with someone to lead and drive a critical project initiative across Finance, HR andIT.This will be a hybrid working initial 6 month (c.12 months minimum to run on the programme) with ideally 1-2 days based in the City of London at a daily rate of c.£p/day (via umbrella).The Shared Services Project Manager will need experience in:

  • Experience in migrating Shared Services Finance Transformation (particularly advantageous if involving offshoring).
  • Collaborated with senior stakeholders, from upper management to C-suite executives, to refine strategic objectives, scope, and timeframe for the initiative.
  • Establish a detailed project plan, including resource allocation, milestones, and deliverables. Implemented change management strategies to ensure the successful adoption of the reorganisation.
  • Align Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) requirements with options, primarily focusing offshore.
  • Identify potential risks and implemented mitigation strategies.
  • Develop clear and concise communications with stakeholders throughout the organisation.
  • Provide support on various ad-hoc projects and initiatives related to the broader transformation, with traceable documentation.
