Our client, a global investment management firm, is looking for a Settlement Operation Manager.1. Key Responsibilities(1) Managing Operation- Managing daily trade flows- Managing all margin requirement(2) Securities Trades Settlement for various market (Euroclear/Prime Brokerage)(3) Failing trade investigation and reporting(4) Monitoring of Stock lending and borrowing positions, Margin, fee and returns(5) Fund and Collateral Management(6) Reconciliation: Cash and Securities Position(7) Trade Support: FX Trade/ Trade Recording/ Daily Position and P/L Reconciliation report(8) Liaise between the custodian, Administrator and trading counterparties(9) Cover for Chief Financial Officer as required: Assist Annual External Audit2. Requirements(1) Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar roles within London financial market(2) Must have demonstrable work experience in settlement with Euroclear(3) Ability to communicate and coordinate with colleagues to ensure delivery within tight timelines(4) Strong work ethic with collaborative and flexible approach to teamwork3. Working conditions(1) Location: City of London (Bank area)(2) Annual basic salary: 45~60K (depending on experience)(3) Bonus, pension, life assurance, medical insurance, travel expense, etc.4.
