Job Description

Job title: ServiceNow Specialist SupportStart Date: ASAP Duration: Until 31stHourly rate: £40-£55Location: Remote workingSchedule: Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours weekJob duties:

  • Review User administration, including management of LDAP integration, definitions of roles and groups, and access controls
  • Undertake ServiceNow configuration and customisation, including form design, workflow creation and editing, notifications
  • Support discovery, ensuring visibility of relevant hardware, software, virtual and cloud resources, and ensuring information is updated and services are appropriately mapped
  • Implement the ServiceNow common service data model, reviewing and improving / implementing the foundation, design, technical services, consume and service ownership elements
  • Identify relevant data sources, and ensure these are defined, documented, consistently imported and, where possible, integrated with the instance
  • Configure and support their self-service portal for desktop and mobile, including themes, pages, widgets and search sources, and work with users and IT stakeholders to identify and implement improvements
  • Identify and implement opportunities for automation, utilising all available functionality to deliver process improvements across the IT service management provision, and the wider IT, Digital and Data teams
  • Work with a range of users to identify and specify reporting requirements, creating dashboards and reports to meet these requirements
  • Job requirements:
  • Experienced using ServiceNow System
  • Strong Administration skills
  • IT/Any ServiceDesk experience would be beneficial
  • Extremely organised and detail orientated
  • Positive, proactive and a team player
  • Experienced working with CMDB
  • Must have previous experience completely the job duties above
