Job Description

La Fosse is working with one of the largest media companies in the world to recruit a ServiceNow Senior Developer.Location: RemoteContract: Outside IR35 - 6 monthsRate: £500 - £560 per dayStart Date: ASAPYour role as a ServiceNow Senior Developer

  • You will be responsible for developing and troubleshooting in line with ServiceNow best practice as well as day-to-day operational troubleshooting and platform operations.
  • You will also be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting across the platform including integrations.
  • There are around twenty active integrations on the platform, which is expected to double over the next year.
  • You will look after integration web technologies (e.g., XML, SAML, JSON, SOAP, AJAX, Jelly, or PERL scripting.
  • Hand-coding of DHTML/XHTML and CSS.
  • Exposure to DevOps toolsets such as Kubernetes, Git, Jenkins, Docker.
Ideally to be successful as a ServiceNow Senior Developer
  • Expertise in ServiceNow development, implementation, and integration
  • Proven experience as a key technical resource leading the development of integration solutions in areas for CSM, ITSM, ITOM, ITAM etc.
  • Expertise in ServiceNow Portal ESC Development & Data Structure
  • Knowledge of DevOps processes, SDLC and supporting toolsets including use of ServiceNow DevOps
  • MID Server Set Up, connectivity check, ECC queue logs troubleshooting, MID selection algorithm.
  • Knowledge of Azure Cloud discovery - Including VM, Cloud Resource, IP address discovery
  • Thorough understanding of ITIL processes, Agile & DevOps and best practice approaches.
