ServiceNow Project ManagerLondon£65,000 per annumWe are searching for an Experienced ServiceNow Project Manager to join a ServiceNow practice and Managed Service Provider who are expanding due to recent success!This enterprise are looking for a ServiceNow Project Manager to help take a lead and guide the work of the organisations technical staff on ServiceNow project implementations. Helping to provide value and supporting stakeholders to ensure resources are allocatedeffectively and efficiently across the ServiceNow client base.Ultimately this is an exciting opportunity to grow your own experience within the ServiceNow platform, working alongside ServiceNow enthusiasts and highly experienced individuals to support business strategy and growth. This organisation are taking a strongfoothold within the ServiceNow world and are growing their team accordingly, you will be imperative to the growth of this organisation! There is no shortage of business projects, and no day will ever be the same within this organisation.Role Description:* Create, revise and execute project work plans as appropriate to meet needs and requirements based on company process standards.* Drive project implementation from concept to completion and BAU.* Identify project resources as needed and assign individual responsibilities of both technical & non-technical stakeholders across the business.* Prepare for engagement reviews and execute quality assurance procedures to ensure an excellent service is given across the ServiceNow landscape!* Ensure high standards of governance is followed and help to define/optimise delivery standards and processes.* Actively contribute to developing a positive culture of continuous improvement across the organisationDesirables:* Successful implementation experience of 1 or multiple ServiceNow projects.* Must have ServiceNow delivery experience.* Experienced in leading complex cross-organisational projects from concept to completion.* Excellent understanding of how the ServiceNow platform operates.* Experience in leveraging project management tools, issue tracking and reporting.* Highly experienced in building rapport and relationships within ServiceNow - communicating with both technical & non-technical stakeholders.Working in a team of ServiceNow enthusiasts who are supporting businesses to utilise all that the ServiceNow platform has to offer!Through this role you will become a core member of this organisations Senior management team helping to shape / define and contribute to business growth through ServiceNow and all the elements that the platform has to offer!
