They are looking at ambitious growth plans within the company andare looking for a ServiceNow Developer to work within a small team of ServiceNow experts.ServiceNow Developer - About the role:The ServiceNow Developer role will be home-based, but part of a small team of ServiceNow experts and other team members across the organisation. The role is centred around developing the ServiceNow platform to facilitate their core IT Service ManagementProcesses, integrating with other business systems / 3rd party applications where required.The role requires a good understanding of business processes and requirements and the ability to customise the ServiceNow platform to enhance end-user experience.You will work with technologies that include - JavaScript, HTML, Web Services, SOAP, CSS, ITSM, ITBM, and gain some exposure to projects involving Cloud Hosted Applications, and API access control schemes and frameworks building distributed applicationsusing the Microservices design pattern etcServiceNow Developer - Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and enhance solutions and applications utilising Web Applications, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SOAP,
  2. ServiceNow development experience
  3. Design and implement fit-for-purpose solutions
  4. Write new functionality and investigate different approaches to tackle new projects
  5. Development documentation to assist users
  6. Test new developed functionality.
  7. Gain skills in Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence exposure
  8. Development experience with ITSM or ITBM
  9. Willingness to learn technology when required
ServiceNow Developer - Essential Technical Skills:Candidates must have some exposure to most of the technologies listed below:
  • ServiceNow development experience
  • JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SOAP
  • Strong OO background
  • Web Services
  • Developing integrations with ServiceNow platform
  • Analytical mindset and strong problem solving skills
