Social Work First are recruiting for:Cambridgeshire County CouncilService Manager - Integrated Front Door (MASH, EDT, Missing, Exploited & Trafficked)£500 a day Cambridgeshire County Councils integrated front door team are looking for a qualified ServiceManager to lead an exciting and varied service which encompasses the MASH, the Emergency Duty Service (Adults and Children) and the Missing, Exploited and Trafficked Hub (MET Hub) and is based in Godmanchester, Huntingdonshire.As a Service Manager, you willbe working at the forefront of best practice, playing a major role in delivering, managing, developing, monitoring and reviewing the ongoing implementation of the Councils strategy for vulnerable children, adults and families. This operational role will driveperformance in MASH, develop and improve partnership arrangements, focus on delivering high quality interventions within the emergency duty service and develop the work undertaken by the MET Hub.The successful applicant will require excellent interpersonalskills, a solid understanding of social work and partnership working and be highly motivated and able to work autonomously under the direction of the Head of Service.Minimum compliance requirements: Social Work Qualification Registration with Social Work EnglandDBS Check within 12 months or a DBS registered to the Update ServicePlease contact Luke on or call for an informal discussion on the role.
