Role: Service ManagerLocation: Central London, Hybrid Working Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 (DOE)Industry: IT Services & CommunicationsI am recruiting for a technologically minded Service Manager, who has a passion for technology and in delivering a first-class service to clients & customers within the IT Services, Cloud & Network Industry.As a Service Manager, you will play a key role in continuing the organic growth of this well-established company by assisting in the management of services for key clients in the private & public sector.Role Responsibilities:As Service Manager, you will play an integral role in ensuring that service requirements are met for key customers & client accounts. You will do this by working with all service teams and ensure that business objectives and service targets are exceeded.These teams include Account Management, Technical Consultants, Service Delivery and Customer Support, and so requires an individual confident in bringing the Service together as a whole and ensure all service requirements of major accounts are met and exceedcustomer expectations.
