Job Description

We are partnered with a public sector organisation who are looking for a Service Desk Team Leader to support a small team on an 8 month contract basis.Location:London based 3 days per week, 2 days remote working.The successful Service Desk Team Lead will:

  • Lead the Service Desk team and handle escalations
  • Provide technical guidance to team members
  • Oversee daily service desk operations, including ticket management, call handling and issue resolution
  • Work to improve service desk processes and procedures
The successful Service Desk Team Lead will have:
  • Proven experience in a service desk role
  • Leadership and team management experience
  • Familiarity with ITSM tools and a variety of ticketing systems
  • Excellent customer service and attention to detail
