Job Description

Role: IT Service Desk Manager Location: Farringdon, London CitySalary: £50,000 A friendly, supportive, and rapidly expanding Managed Service Provider has an exciting opportunity for a talented and person orientated Service Desk Manager to lead their team. As the Service Desk Manager, you will utilise your strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills to effectively manage the service desk. Key Benefits

About the Role:
  • You will be the centre of an amazing team, where members are motivated, and highly driven to provide world-class support to clients
  • You will oversee the day-to-day activities of the operations of the service-desk
  • Effectively manage the First, Second, and Third-Line Team Members
  • Through conducting regular performance reviews, you will maintain service-desk performance and client satisfaction rates
  • You will manage the costs of running the service desk
  • Ensure that all SLAs and KPIs are achieved each week / month / quarter
Requirements:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding Leadership Skills, with proven experience leading teams successfully
  • Able to manage team members, with effective conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
  • A strong motivator, with exceptional people management skills
