Job Description

Radius is seeking a self-motivated , highly organised and passionate about IT individual with strong problem solving skills .Ideally you will have a minimum of 12 months experience working in an ITIL Service Desk environment. An IT qualification / certifications is a bonus.You must be located in London, home counties or south east England . This role is remote at the moment but will be partially office based after lockdown depending on government guideline.Exposure supporting MDM / Cloud Security is desirable.You will be supporting with the following technologies:O365 , PBX, VOIP , Microsoft Server , Active Directory & Exchange, Basic Networking , Backups , Antivirus , Windows 10 , email security (ex: Mimecast) , Printer installation , Outlook , Ticket systems , Windows applications , MAC applications , Mobile phones , MDM , Cloud SecurityResponsibilities

  • Provide L1 Support across a wide range of I.T. disciplines
  • Follow Incident and Problem management principles
  • Provide world class customer service and call handling
  • Training and mentoring of team members in Service Desk roles
  • Own incidents and problems throughout their lifecycle in line with the ITIL model
  • Regularly update customers on their own open tickets
  • Adhere to best practice and procedures when logging and managing tickets throughout the lifecycle
  • Obtain and maintain certifications as outlined by your line manager
  • Any other duties as requested by the business
