Service Desk Analyst - Fulham / Remote - up to £37,000 + Benefits - Shift WorkI am currently working with a market leading IT service provider who are looking to expand their service desk. This exciting company is looking to recruit an experienced Service Desk Analyst to help support their clients both on site and remotely. We are looking for someone who has experience with supporting the IT Infrastructure as well as wanting to upskill themselves accordingly.What are you going to doThe successful Service Desk Analyst will be assisting clients through a ticketing system where you will be supporting and logging tickets and then escalating others when needed. You will be assisting users both remotely and onsite which will be scheduled on a rota basis.Essential SkillsThen successful candidate will have experience in the following:
