Job Description

Job Title: Service Desk AnalystLocation: Seven Sisters, N15Salary: £30,000 - £35,000We are seeking an experienced Service Desk Analyst to join a public sector organisation in Seven Sisters, N15. The successful candidate will provide first line technical support to internal and external customers.Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to internal and external customers on a variety of hardware and software issues.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues either remotely or at customer sites.
  • Ensure customer queries are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with other teams to ensure customer issues are resolved.
  • Monitor the Service Desk for any new tickets and ensure they are responded to in a timely manner.
  • Implement changes to the Service Desk process.
  • Write technical manuals and documentation.
  • Provide regular updates to the Team Lead.
Technical Skills Required:
  • Good knowledge of Windows Server + OS
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Azure Active Directory / Active Directory / Group Policy
  • Experience with remote support tools
  • Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Lots of progression on offer
