Job Description

Service Designer - Permanent - up to £56,000We are looking for a Senior Service Designer to join our clients in the public sector on a permanent basis. This role will be key in establishing service design as a capability within the company.Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop existing service blueprints and journey maps to provide direction for new and improved customer journeys and the underlying technology, processes and support needed to deliver customer experiences.
  • Provide assurance for the design and research work delivered by external partners.
  • Conduct research and analyse data within existing services, identify root causes for that failure and collaboratively create solutions to address issues.
  • Support Service Design Manager to build a wider organisational understanding of Service Design
Requirements:
  • Stakeholder engagement including experience in engaging with a range of disciplines and gaining buy in
  • Experience in leading analysis and synthesis of outputs from workshops
  • Agile delivery and Agile practices
  • Deep knowledge of Service Design - service maps/blueprints, customer journey mapping, UX and CX
  • Ability to develop high-level service prototypes
  • Good facilitation skills and ability to bring a team together
