They are a global company, servicing large markets within the Financial, Health and Insurance sector by providing B2B software and services. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a growing and developing team with excellent career progression opportunities as the company looks to triple in size by 2022.This is an 80% service/process management role and 20% hands on desktop supportIn this role you will be the first dedicated service focused employee (which also encompasses some hands on service desk support) in the business so it will be essential that you have 2yrs+ experience and be happy to work autonomously and bring your ideas and experience to the table. This is a great opportunity to make a real mark and influence this role within the business.This will be an 80% service/ITIL implementation and 20% hands-on position where you will be supporting the circa 40 employees Microsoft Windows 10 based laptops, desktops and general running of the business.
