Job Description

Job Title: Service Delivery AnalystLocation: Holborn, LondonSalary: Up to £35,000 per annumWe are currently seeking a talented Service Delivery Analyst to join our dynamic team in Holborn, London. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth delivery of our services to our esteemed clients. Your primary focus will be on maintaininghigh-quality service standards, resolving issues efficiently, and enhancing overall client satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a key point of contact for our clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and promptly addressing any queries or concerns.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to coordinate service delivery processes and streamline operations.
  • Monitor service performance metrics and identify areas for improvement to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Utilize your expertise in the ITIL framework to implement best practices for service delivery and incident management.
  • Manage and maintain the JIRA system, utilizing it as a tool for tracking, prioritizing, and resolving service-related issues.
  • Generate insightful reports and analysis on service performance to provide valuable insights for decision-making purposes.
  • Proactively identify potential risks and implement preventive measures to minimize service disruptions and ensure continuity.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar service delivery role, preferably within the IT industry.
  • Solid understanding and practical experience with the ITIL framework.
  • Proficiency in JIRA or similar service management tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • A proactive and customer-focused approach, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
