Job Description

Job; SEO & Web Executive - Remote/LondonThis company is a leader in the window treatment and shading industry and have a growing position in the online paint market. They are a family-owned business that started in 1955. They expanded their business online in 2018 to offer a wider variety of products and services. This has led to continued e-commerce expansion and the opening of new showrooms on the high street. You will be joining a growing, vibrant and dynamic team.They are on the lookout for a skilled individual to join their expanding e-commerce team due to continued growth. To fill their SEO & Web Executive role you should have a proven track record within SEO and PPC advertising, along with experience adding products to e-commerce sites, and have a passion for web-based projects.It’s a fantastic time to join this company as they build on their growing portfolio of websites, there will be plenty of opportunities that will open up for the right candidate. If you are a dynamic individual with a high level of problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and a passion for technology, this could be the ideal role for you.Responsibilities:

  • You will set up and manage exciting paid marketing campaigns (PPC) to further grow their e-commerce sites
  • Adding a range of different products to their portfolio of e-commerce sites (some complex).
  • Helping to create, implement, and manage their SEO strategy for their in-house websites and e-commerce sites
  • Determining best keywords for their PPC campaigns to further increase their revenue
  • Improving their site rankings for key search terms through analysis of SERPs to further increase their organic growth
  • Helping to evaluate their product offering, traffic, landing page quality, and general content
  • Ongoing analytics research along with competitor and industry benchmarking
  • Identifying site problems and communicating with relevant teams to resolve these
  • Keeping track of e-commerce and web-based technology trends
  • Helping to make recommendations for conversion rate optimisation (CRO)
  • Develop various reports on performance of their sites and campaigns and make recommendations
    • Essential requirements:
  • Strong experience with Google Analytics
  • Google Ads (PPC) campaign management
  • Creating and maintaining PPC reports and reporting on trends
  • Experience with at least one major e-commerce platform
  • SEO for web & e-commerce sites
    • Nice to haves:
  • Experience with WooCommerce, Shopify, Magento or Bespoke e-commerce platforms
  • Experience working in a scaling business
  • Basic front-end web development (HTML, CSS)
    • Other Stuff;
  • £’s; fully DoE up to £30k + benefits
  • Location; work-from-home/remote - as long as you are able to meet with eCommerce Manager once a week with at either their Watford offices, or a hot desk’ somewhere in London
