Structured around four key pillars-Digital Commerce, Digital Operations, Digital Experience, and Digital CRM & Personalisation-it engageswith every department across the global business to propel growth.OverviewReporting to the Head of Digital Commerce, based in London, the SEO Manager plays a critical role in elevating our online presence and driving traffic through expertknowledge of both technical and content SEO. As a seasoned strategist, you will lead the charge in driving organic search performance, ensuring our brand reaches its maximum potential on search engine results pages. Equally important is your ability to communicateeffectively with cross-functional teams, providing clear instructions on how to optimize their content and initiatives for search.Key Responsibilities:Technical SEO Expertise:

  • Conduct comprehensive technical audits and implement on-page SEO best practices to enhance website performance and search engine visibility.
  • Collaborate with the development team to address technical SEO issues and implement site improvements.
Content SEO Mastery:
  • Lead content optimisation efforts, ensuring that all digital assets adhere to SEO best practices and contribute to organic search growth.
  • Perform keyword research and competitive analysis to inform content strategies that resonate with target audiences.
Strategic Vision:
  • Develop and execute a cohesive SEO strategy aligned with overall business goals, staying abreast of industry trends and emerging opportunities.
  • Monitor search engine algorithm updates and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain and improve rankings.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with teams across the organisation, including content creators, designers, developers, and marketing specialists, providing guidance and recommendations for SEO optimisation.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate teams on SEO best practices and ensure alignment with the brands SEO strategy.
Data-Driven Insights:
  • Utilise SEO tools and analytics platforms to track, measure, and report on key performance indicators, providing actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
Local SEO and International Optimisation:
  • Develop and implement strategies for local SEO to enhance visibility in specific regions and markets.
  • Optimise for international SEO, ensuring content is effectively tailored for global audiences.
Your Talent:
  • Proven experience in a senior SEO role, with a strong emphasis on both technical and content SEO.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful SEO strategies, resulting in increased organic search traffic and revenue growth.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey SEO recommendations to cross-functional teams.
  • Proven leadership and mentoring abilities, with experience in training and educating teams on SEO best practices.
Systems and Essentials
  • Proficiency in SEO tools such as Moz, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Google Trends and Google Search Console.
  • Global search engines: Google, Bing, Yahoo!, Naver, Baidu etc.
