A great, newly created Senior Workday Analyst role is now available within a global financial services business. This role is ideal for candidates who have already gained a broad, cross-functional knowledge of Workday HCM but are now looking to expand their process, reporting, dashboard and analytical remit. Key responsibilities will be to develop and maintain a variety of complex reports (matrix, advanced, composite, BIRT) utilising Workday Report Writer and Studio that meet business data needs and play a pivotal role in helping the business refine their reporting fluency. Part of the role will be to promote self-service reporting with end users through clear communication and training aids. You will be a key member of the troubleshooting team, helping users to overcome any HCM functionality issues and will contribute to any new release testing, identifying impact/enhancement opportunities associated with new releases (current modules used are: HCM, Payroll, Time & Absence, Recruitment, Talent, Benefits, and Learning) The role requires that candidates are happy to deliver (with minimal guidance) short and mid-term projects that require the application of independent judgement. Applying skills in requirements definition, functional specifications, analysis and design, system setup and configuration, testing and deployment. As a result the business is looking to meet candidates with a degree in either Computer Science, Business or a Technology discipline together with at least 3 years Workday experience covering HCM and report writing. Technical knowledge of EIB, Workday Report Writer, Workday Studio and proven Workday report design (including BIRT) and Composite reports together with configuration experience across Workday modules, including business process and security framework configuration.
