We are looking for a SeniorVideographer to lead in creatingthe best-in-class video content across allbrands, products, social media channels and events. This is an exciting time tolead a growing video department and play a central role in collaborating acrossthe business divisions to generate market leading videocontent. Ideally anexperienced candidate with an enthusiastic willingness to learn, develop andteach new skills. What you would be doing:Able to repackage video to suitdifferent media streams of the businessVideo planning, production, andediting, recordingand mixing audio, creating graphics inpost-production.Central role collaborating with allbusiness divisions to generate market leading video content.Provide unique customerexperiences through participation and engagement with video content.Ability to shapea brief todeliver project goals as well as pitch final products back tostakeholders.Create and implement templatesfor various video content types; interviews, product training, productpromotion, event coverage, event promotion.Assist with management offreelancevideographers, providing detailed briefs to ensure final content canbe created from footage supplied.Locational shoots, which willinvolve moving heavy equipment bagsCreating stings and animationsfor video content and design briefsLine managing the junior videographerWhatwe are looking for:Demonstrable video productionskills including filming, editing and post production.Proven experience in clientfacing roleA solid understanding of videomaking, composition, formatting and post-production design.Expert knowledge in AdobePremierePro, After Effects and Audition as well as associated Adobe CreativeSuite applications (Illustrator and Photoshop)Demonstrable proficiency inshooting video, knowledge of lighting techniques and audio recording.Demonstrable experience inanimation and stingcreation.Proficient with a range ofcameras and grip equipment.Passionate, motivated andcreative.Experience with motion graphicsand post-productionRelevant degree, equivalentqualification or experience in either Video production or a related multimediafield.Apassion for video contentcreation as well as a show reel of completed projects.In return we can offer you arewarding career with personal and professional development in addition to acompetitive salary with an excellent benefits package that includes: 25 daysholidayPrivate healthcareCycle to Work schemeSeason ticket loanGym membershipPensionLife AssuranceTo apply, please send your CV,cover letter explaining why you are suitable for this role via the button below.A SHOWREEL OR VIDEO EXAMPLES DEMONSTRATING YOURSKILLS IS MANDATORY.
