Senior UX/UI Designer | Scale Up | Central London | HybridI am working with a company in the events and ticketing space that are reimagining the way people book events online.They are seeking aSenior UX/UI Designerto take ownership of the design process from end-to-end. You will be collaborating with the product team in an agile environment and taking the lead in creating designs for both web and mobile.This role reports directly into the Head of Product and will requirement someone who is comfortable working on multiple products in a fast paced environment.The types of things youll beresponsiblefor day-to-day include: Collaborate with Product Team to understand design requirements Create wireframes to high fidelity designs for both B2C and B2B offerings Manage a small team Lead design workshops Conducting user interviews Defining the design systemYou will have the followingskills: working as a lead designer on a product end to end defining design systems Managing and mentoring other designs Expert in Figma and other design tools Experience working in an agile delivery environment B2B and B2C experience Experience conducting user interviews and A/B testingIf this sounds like you I recommend you apply with your latest CV and portfolio.
