Senior UX Designer | Gamification | Casual Games | Scale Up | Remote | £75-£100kRole: Senior UX Designer - GamificationSalary: £75-£100kLocation: RemoteSkillset: Gamification, B2C, UX, UX ResearchWeDo have been engaged by an exciting Scale-Up who are looking to make their next hire in the Product team. You will play a pivotal role in designing customer-facing B2C products, with a strong emphasis on UX research for B2C contexts, niche expertise inpersonalised, adaptive, and gamified experiences.Sound like you Keep reading.Key Skills and Responsibilities;

  • Lead UX research efforts specifically for customer-facing B2C products, gaining deep insights into the needs, preferences, and pain points of B2C clients and end-users.
  • Design intuitive and user-centric interfaces that deliver personalised, adaptive, and gamified learning experiences, enhancing engagement and knowledge retention.
  • Conduct usability testing to validate design decisions, ensuring that the B2C products meet the needs of diverse users.
  • Proficient in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
  • A portfolio showcasing previous research projects, preferably with a focus on personalisation, adaptive learning, and gamification aspects.
