Youre a pro at working with everyone from product designers to marketing copywriters to make sure customers have seamless experiences across the brand.   • Working closely with product, design, and research to develop and elevate content strategies for existing and new products
  • Finding intuitive and elegant content solutions across our app
  • Building experiences that spark simplicity, deep understanding, and delight within Revolut users
  • Collaborating with product marketing teams to ensure a seamless end-to-end customer journey
  • Thinking about core product concepts, including retention and multi-product adoption
  • Getting to know the Revolut brand and working with design and product marketing to keep refining and iterating on our voice and building out our style guide
What youll need
  • 5 years of experience in a UX or content strategy role working closely with product, marketing, and design teams to develop actionable, creative content
  • 2 years of experience leading a team or directly managing UX writers
  • Strong UX and product thinking, plus insight into product strategy (bonus points for knowledge of the fintech landscape)
  • The ability to clearly communicate the strategy and reason behind your decisions
  • A flexible, self-starter mindset with the ability to manage workload, processes, and priorities independently in an ever-changing, fast-growing startup environment
  • Native speaking level of writing and editing in English
