Job Description

Treasury Financial Reporting Accountant 6 month contract A fantastic opportunity to join a fast growing, international property company as Senior Treasury Financial Accountant. Backed by one of the largest PE firms globally, the company is an ever-expanding, leading European real estate business with a brilliantwork culture and an exciting future ahead of them.There is an in-house learning and development programme where you can grow as an individual and carve out a bespoke career path within this progressive and forward focussed company. You will be joining at a critical point of evolution for this business asthey enter into a significantly large period of transaction in order to dramatically increase their AUM. Key Responsibilities:

  • Full ownership of monthly, quarterly and annual close process for corporate entities in compliance with both Local GAAP as well as Group GAAP (IFRS).
  • Accounting, and reporting of these financing entities in accordance with Group accounting policies and procedures.
  • Management of the funds flow from new financings to all required entities.
  • Supporting the overall design and review of in-house banking set-up in order to streamline and optimise working capital and payment traffic.
  • Accurate accounting for all transactions based on agreements, invoices, bank statements, tax assessments.
Key Requirements:
  • Fully qualified accountant with at least 3-5 years PQE.
  • Prior experience of treasury and of the real estate sector.
  • Knowledge of accounting for derivatives and disclosures.
  • Experience with Yardi and One Stream is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrable understanding of capital markets and cash pooling/in-house banking.
