Role Description Daily Liquidity Report (including Sources and Uses of liquidity, and stress testing MI) which is presented to the Morning Risk Meeting and used to monitor Group liquidity Other regular liquidity MI, including FX exposures, summary of cashheld across the Groups various relationship banks, estimate of intraday IM/VM changes at Exchanges Monthly summary of Treasury departments performance against Risk Appetite metrics Cost Allocations to businesses Regulatory submissions Assist in ensuringrobust FX management, understanding drivers in currency movements, and proposing appropriate hedging strategies to minimise FX risk Assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of the Groups liquidity risk framework; including daily monitoring, internaland regulatory stress testing and analytics, proactively driving continuous improvements Assist in implementation and updating of the firms ICARA, taking ownership of key sub-sections, and implementation of IFPR rules Build and maintain relationships withRisk, Finance & front office desks and gain commercial understanding of the relevant businesses and its operational processes Work with the Treasury Project manager to improve/automate treasury processes by analysing non/semi-automated processes and deliverimprovements Assist in investment optimisation, managing the net interest margin on the firms Liquid Resources and firm funding sources, within constraints Assist in production of liquidity Ml for both internal and external audiences. Develop new Ml as requiredby Treasurer/ CEO/ CFO Ad hoc project work Assist in internal and external audit activities Role Requirements Minimum 4 years post-university work-experience in the finance sector, ideally within Treasury or Risk Degree in Finance/Economics or related Proactiveand innovative with outstanding analytic skills and the capability to drive initiatives to resolution Self-motivated, confident, and resilient - able to perform under pressure Excellent communication and co-ordination skills, ability to work with and communicateto senior management Strong Treasury and liquidity risk knowledge and experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Skills: Excel/VBA/Power BI/Bloomberg/Python Qualified / Part-qualified accountancy (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or other Financial qualification(e.g. CFA/ACT) preferred
