Job Description

Senior Test Analyst - Hybrid Working - London - £50,000-£55,000 + 10% BonusThis role will be three days a week in the office and two from home.We are looking for an experienced Senior Test Analyst to join the team. The test analyst will work alongside the programme team to facilitate test execution appropriate to a range of projects. The test analyst will be expected to coordinate with the business,incoming/ & incumbent suppliers on the execution of test plans, defect management and resolution, AIS pre-requisites as well as post implementation support. A Test Analyst will serve a pivotal role in Infrastructure testing required across multiple streamsof infrastructure project.Key Responsibilities & Skills:

  • ITSM Projects are thoroughly tested to meet the requirements and expectations of end-users and stakeholders.
  • Responsible for identifying, reporting, and tracking defects throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that any issues are identified and addressed in a timely and efficient manner
  • Assure and ensure pre-production quality, meeting impacted end-user needs, and delivering quality testing to ensure project value is realised
  • Design and execute manual and automated test cases
  • Analyse test results and communicate with stakeholders
  • Perform and facilitate UAT, system and integration testing
  • Minimum 5+ years functional and non-functional test experience of on-prem and cloud infrastructure
  • ISTQB qualification
  • A technical background with knowledge spanning domains such as servers, storage, end user compute, Networks (TCP/ IP), WIFI, security/ firewalls, active directory
  • Previous experience with test execution support on a cloud migration and/or data centre relocation projects
  • Knowledge of defect management process
