What youll doYoure joining a team thats passionate about the customer vision and delivering a seamless onboarding experience for our customers. Aligned to our Start and Manage my banking relationship customer goals, youll be working with your colleagues to deliverthe technology strategic roadmap, while ensuring the right balance between our business goals and building future technology, at the right cost. In your new role, youll be accountable for producing business requirements to inform future state design, supporting teams in understanding the requirements and their linkages to the overall domain strategy. In the course of your work, well also look to youto build, manage and maintain a positive working relationship with stakeholders and third party suppliers across multiple franchises and functions. Youll be responsible for understanding, challenging and developing our business, customers, strategic goals and how the teams operates in order to support the realisation of desired outcomes by the team. Youll also be:
  • Capturing, validating and documenting business and system requirements and making sure that theyre in line with key strategic principles
  • Interacting with customers, key stakeholders and the team to obtain and document functional and non-functional needs
  • Analysing existing system documentation to summarise existing system functionality as it relates to the work at hand
  • Supporting the identification of team priorities based upon feedback from the customers, key stakeholders and the team
The skills youll needYoull have a good understanding of Agile values, principles and methodologies with experience of working within an Agile environment. Youll have experience managing the analysis of complex domain, cross franchise and pan group requirements for technologysolutions. An appropriate business analyst certification, such as BAX, CPRE and CBAP would be desirable. Youll also need:
  • Experience of coaching, mentoring and managing junior colleagues
  • The ability to articulate and quantify business impacts in a tangible manner which allows stakeholders to make informed decisions and recommendations of priority for technical solutions
  • Experience of applying business analysis tools and techniques
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to your peers and management level colleagues
  • Good collaboration and stakeholder management skills
