Interim Technical Lead (3rd Line IT Support) is required by a civil servant organisation based in central London for a 6 month fixed term period while they establish the future needs and requirements for the department. The successful Interim Technical Lead will be joining a small team of 3 serving as the most senior point of contact for all 3rd Line escalations, helping the support team with difficult tickets alongside working with the Head of Technology to complete projectsfor circa 70 users across 10 sites.Skills RequiredLAN & WAN (Cisco, Juniper CLI, DNS, DHCP)IT architecture, infrastructure, and cloud technologies such as Azure, Server 2019, SQL, Linux, Intune, Sophos, Windows 10 and MDM)AV and Broadcast (RTMP, NDI, Azure Media Services)(Azure Web Apps, SSL, DNSIf you hold experience with MS Dynamics CRM it would be highly beneficial although not essential.
