This role suits an ACA / CA technical accountant with a minimum of 4 years of post-qual experience in a similar role. We will consider candidates with a notice period of up to 4 weeks. This is a hybrid role with 1-2 days in the office. Salary is paying upto £100K, depending on experience.As a part of your role working for this global organisation, you will be responsible for diligently preparing financial reports for the audit committee while adhering to strict accounting standards. You will collaborate with the other teams to discuss projectscope, deliverables, and timelines. Your role will be integral in financial due diligence, overseeing the preparation of closing and opening balance sheets, purchase accounting, transaction cost tracking, post-close activities, and purchase price adjustmentsfor acquisitions.You will support the accounting integration by reviewing systems, policies & procedures, and internal controls. You will lead the essential technical accounting research, staying updated on changes in IFRS and other accounting standards.
