Senior Talent Sourcer (Internal Recruitment) is required for this very well-known global media company who have very impressive offices in central London. This is initially a 6-month fixed term contract with the view to go permanent for the right person.In reward the Senior Talent Sourcer will be paid a basic salary up to £50,000 p.a. plus some amazing benefits. After the 6 months if the role does go permanent you will benefit from some excellent support, training and development.Currently this role is working from home, but eventually you will be required to be in the office a minimum of 3 days a week and 2 from home.This is a pure candidate attraction role where you will use a combination of channels including social media, job boards, headhunting and your own network to attract and help recruit senior level positions across tech, marketing, digital, finance, editorial, HR, sales etc.The successful Senior Talent Sourcer MUST have:- Experience recruiting into media, digital and publishing companies whether this working in-house or for a recruitment agency;- Very strong candidate attraction experience;- Experience of building and managing candidate pipelines;- Excellent communication skills.Senior Talent Sourcer duties include:- Manage top funnel process, ensuring a talent pool is ready and available to meet headcount needs;- Collaborate with the current Recruitment team to understand hiring needs and goals;- Identify and engage unique and/or passive candidate through creative souring techniques;- Market map across countries and regions to uncover best available talent;- Work with L&D and HR to map and identify internal talent to support your own strategy;- Review CV profiles from job adverts;If you have the above skills and experience and would like to know more than please apply via the job board for consideration or contact Sophie Gray at Jenrick Commercial.
