Were seeking a polished communicator with an exceptional understanding of people dynamics wholl be instrumental in craftingand nurturing talent pipelines that fuel our growth. • Building and implementing sourcing strategies for global leadership roles
• Developing talent pipelines and executing tactical research, referral generation, and sourcing strategies
• Identifying and engaging with candidates through various channels, as well as adopting alternative search techniques
• Leveraging data to drive decision-making throughout the recruitment process
• Working closely with recruiters and executive-level stakeholders to help optimise sourcing efforts by leveraging data and market insights
• Cultivating a deep understanding of executive-level competencies, market dynamics, and best practices in executive recruitment

What youll need

• Agency or relevant in-house experience sourcing top of the market talent in Financial Services or Tech firms, preferably in Executive search
• A deep understanding of the financial services hiring landscape and complexity of global talent markets
• The ability to provide best-in-class experience to our candidates and communicate with them effectively throughout the recruitment process
• A results-driven approach with proven experience sourcing top talent for niche leadership positions
• Prioritisation skills to swiftly navigate through competing demands and take appropriate decisive action
• Passion for problem-solving, particularly when it involves working with data to inform both strategic and tactical decision-making

Compensation range

• Vilnius: 1,900 - 2,800 gross monthly*
• Lithuania: 1,900 - 2,800 gross monthly*
• Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process
