Job Description

Senior surveyor commercial valuationsMy client is a leading property consultancy and are looking to bring on a senior surveyor ideally someone who is 2 years PQE. The role is paying up to £45k + car allowance + bonus + benefits etc. The role will be based out of their west end office and the portfolio will be covering the south east.The role

  • Ensure delivery of loan security valuations, purchase support and portfolio instructions with internal and external deadlines whilst maintaining the necessary high standard of service.
  • Provide largely one-off valuations within a team
  • Single assets and portfolio transactions
  • Mainly industrial, office and high street retail sectors
  • Maintain high standard of client service and delivery
  • Assist in generating new business.
  • Range of instructions, banks, property companies and corporates
    • What you need
  • MRICS
  • Practical understanding of commercial property and valuations essential.
  • Market knowledge desirable
  • Strong financial modelling skills essential, knowledge of Argus Enterprise desirable.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook essential.
  • Must be flexible and a team player
  • Must have a strong verbal and numerical skills and be comfortable with report writing
    • Must be customer-service driven with excellent inter-personal
