About Montage Services LtdWe pride ourselves on providing London homes for London children. Our residential services cater to young people with complex emotional and behavioural difficulties, and we operate in the multi-ethnic and culturally diverse area of North London.Our service is an Ofsted registered childrens home, supporting young people with complex emotional and behavioural difficulties.People are at the heart of our mission, with huge plans to grow the services and welcome on-board any individual dedicated to helping young people achieve their potential by creating opportunities and being resilient.Are you the right person for the role- 6 months experience working within Residential Childrens Homes (Required)- A full UK driving license (Preferred)- Completed or working towards Level 4 NVQ in Residential Childcare (Required)- Experience of conducting reflective supervisions (Preferred)- IT literate and an effective communicator (Required)- Available to work a minimum of 43.75 hours per weekTake the first step towards a fulfilling career that utilizes your unique skills and promotes personal and professional growth.About the opportunityWe are a home that provides support for young people who have experienced placement instability in their lives. If you are passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of young people and have the skills and experienceneeded to support them, we encourage you to apply.As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and supporting a young person towards independent living. You will act as a corporate parent, providing them with the necessary guidance and support to develop good personal hygiene,establish positive routines, and cultivate their natural talents and abilities.You will also facilitate their educational and work-related endeavours by organizing and supporting their travel, while ensuring they have plenty of quality family time. Additionally, you will observe and manage their behaviours and ensure that all ChildrensHomes Regulations (2015) are adhered to.Our passion for development does not stop.
