If you are passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of young people and have the skills and experienceneeded to support them, we encourage you to apply.As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and supporting a young person towards independent living. You will act as a corporate parent, providing them with the necessary guidance and support to develop good personal hygiene,establish positive routines, and cultivate their natural talents and abilities.You will also facilitate their educational and work-related endeavours by organizing and supporting their travel, while ensuring they have plenty of quality family time. Additionally, you will observe and manage their behaviours and ensure that all ChildrensHomes Regulations (2015) are adhered to.Our passion for development does not stop.
