Hyper Recruitment Solutions are currently searching for an Senior Supply Chain Operations Manager to join a global pharmaceutical company based in London. As the Senior Supply Chain Operations Manager you will be responsible for managing the supply chain of products to primarily support the UK & Ireland business, ensuring assuring all relevant Supply Chain systems are appropriately developed, maintained and improved.KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Your duties as the Senior Supply Chain Operations Manager will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:1. You will ensure the uninterrupted supply of all SKUs through accurate forecasting, planning, scheduling, ordering and supplier coordination and work with the CMOs and partners to resolve supply issues.2. You will participate and contribute to the forecasting, demand planning, inventory planning, capacity planning processes as well as manage inventory targets and safety stock levels.3. Serve as the Supply Chain business partner for UK & Ireland Commercial Leadership team, ensuring supply alignment with the business, as well as acting as the bridge between the Commercial & Operations organisations.4. Assemble and lead cross functional teams to resolve issues across various areas of technical and life cycle complexity that support product in the market.ROLE REQUIREMENTS:To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the External Supply Manager we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:1. Relevant degree in an Operations or Supply Chain Management or equivalent. 2. Proven industry experience with managing Pharmaceutical Supply Chains of established products.3.
