Job Description

We are recruiting for an experienced Stylist to join a British high-street brand in their creative studio!This role works across all product categories including Womenswear, Menswear and many more. The Senior Stylist will work alongside the Styling Manger, responsible for creating a vision on how to style all brand products, whilst considering the brand customerat all times to maximise sales.Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Styling Manager to create commercial yet aspirational content by styling across Womenswear, Menswear & Kids Ecom
  • Strong creative eye and confident art directing on set
  • Understanding of hair & make up for on set direction in line with fashion trends and benchmark shoots
  • Deliver seasonal trends through dynamic, consistent and elevated e-commerce styling that aligns with the brand DNA and resonates with our customer
  • Liaise with wider styling and buying teams to ensure the styling wardrobe contains the best-in-class styling items that cover all key attributes for the current season
  • Work closely with Wardrobe Assistant to manage styling wardrobe, replenish styling kit and keep the ecommerce studio fashion areas highly organised
  • Regular review of the site to discuss trade performance
  • Follow Photo Studio processes to ensure image asset delivery is achieved
  • Communicate any points regarding retouch that need to the photographer
  • Attend seasonal buying and trend presentations as well as research catwalk presentations, online creative content and street culture, sharing findings with the wider styling team to help build a progressive and aspirational working environment
  • Supporting the Styling Manager on creating styling guides, creative projects and research
  • Evolve and sustain an in-depth understanding of key external brands through elevated styling that echos the mood of each brand
  • Occasionally you will be required to stand in for Styling Manager for meetings etc.
  • Working on ad hoc projects when necessary
About You:
  • Strong passion for commercial fashion styling and the industry
  • At least 3 years experience within a Styling position
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Powerpoint
  • Foundation understanding of how a studio functions
  • Understanding the brand customer
  • Strong creative visual skills
  • Keen interest in fashion and up to date knowledge of the latest fashion trends and street style.
  • Highly organized, pro-active, and confident under pressure
  • Flexible with the ability to think on your feet and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work as part of a creative team in a collaborative way with outstanding communication skills
  • Attention to details to ensure that the New Look product is always shown in the best way possible
  • Ability to maintain a good balance of targets and creative flair
  • Propose and develop new ideas and initiatives to improve the quality of images on the site
