Job Description

Are you a mixed methods researcher interested to develop team leadership and client facing skills, building your experience in strategically focused projectsSenior Strategist£35000-£45000Based in LondonRecognised by the GRIT report as one of the most innovative strategic consultancies, this is an agency with a global network of offices and client roster - supporting the likes of Logitech, GSK and more.They are also dedicated to supporting you & your growth, with an extensive L&D programme that includes external training (think Mark Ritson mini MBA). Youll work flexibly from a London office and have access to quarterly wellbeing days along with a programto support mental health.Your role as a Senior Strategist involves helping clients build their businesses, providing leadership on projects and identifying where new solutions can further assist client objectives. Through the development of product, marketing and strategy, youlltranslate client data into practical insights that drive growth.Benefits Include

Key Duties
  • Identifying clients research objectives and translating into research design
  • As Senior Strategist lead the delivery of research projects from commission to debrief & client presentations
  • Analyse qualitative/quantitative data and generate practical consumer insights
  • Provide project leadership on research engagements managed by junior team members to ensure on-time, high quality delivery
  • Highlight opportunities to up-sell additional research to clients based on existing projects (e.g. additional sample, extra markets etc)
Skills & Experience
  • Familiarity with Quantitative and/or Qualitative research methods, from an agency or client-side background
  • As Senior Strategist you are knowledgeable about insights and brand building strategy
  • Able to produce written reports summarising findings, conclusions and recommendations
  • Great self-management to prioritise and handle multiple tasks
  • You work well both independently and alongside a team
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel
