Role: Senior Staff Nurse -General SurgeryTown / Site: London: The London Bridge HospitalFull time: 37.5 hours per week Shift times: Monday –Sunday (flexibility required to work long days, nights and Weekends)Permanent contractSalary:Competitive(DOE) plus 9% shift allowanceWe’re looking for a Senior Staff Nurse to join the General Surgery inpatients ward at The London Bridge Hospital, currently rated “Outstanding” by the CQC.As the Senior Staff Nurse, working within our surgical unit, you will plan, deliver and evaluate high standards of nursing care for Colorectal, Hepatobiliary, Liver and renal transplants, Maxillofacials, Breast surgery patients alongside other general surgeryspecialities. To provide management and leadership to all staff in the absence of the sister & to act as a point of contact for patients following discharge.Rated as outstanding by the CQC, the London Bridge Hospital campus in South East London encompasses an outpatients and diagnostic centre in The Shard; the large world-class hospital based at the Tooley Street site; Private Care at Guys, which is on thetop four floors of Guys Hospital Cancer Centre; and outpatient and diagnostic centres across the City, Canary Wharf and Kent.With 160 beds, 22 ICU beds and 10 operating theatres we offer our patients exceptional treatment across a multitude of acute and complex care and have use of the latest technologies and healthcare innovationsAt HCA UK we care about what you care about.
