An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Specialist Lecturer who is qualified in Electrical Installation related discipline and has experience of delivering a wide range of Electrical Installation programmes. We desire an experienced and highly motivated lecturer to join our growing and dynamic team in our further development of inspiring and innovative teaching and learning practices. The successful candidate will have knowledge and understanding of programme planning and delivery, learning approaches and assessment strategies and also possess excellent vocational knowledge and experience of the latest Electrical technologies. To be able to teach and assess on a range of EAL and City and Guilds Electrical Installation courses from Level 1 to Apprentices of mixed ages and ability. The candidate must have onsite experience in electrical installation and an assessors awards would be beneficial but not compulsory. To be successful in this role, youll need to have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be able to effectively motivate and inspire others.
