They arecreating applications for a wide range of clients that save time and money, reimagining the way software can be imagined with the help of AI.There is an intimate connection within the business between product, data, and development team, with a flat structure that has created an effective working environment that allows for collaboration and free flowing ideas that all can contribute to.Working with some of the largest enterprises globally, they are proven suppliers of business-critical applications. These applications are integral to a broad client base and are built on a diverse set of technologies, allowing all individuals to build newskills, through to product and data.The RoleYou will be an established Ruby developer with aspirations to be a polyglot developer keen to work in a diverse environment that values creativity and effective coding skills, skilled within a cloud native environment. You will have the flexibility to workon small scale applications through to enterprise scale solutions, and explore new ways of working that create an edge.They provide the platform to gain invaluable access to a modern technology stack and work with AI that means you can utilise technology that captures your imagination and allows you to build components that can be leveraged by multiple clients.Due to the scaling nature of the business, you will be an individual that wishes to grow at the rate the business is scaling, willing to provide your insights and interests to your direct colleagues and indirect team. A core belief that all contributionsare important and can be decisive in producing products that make a difference, collaborating will be a key aspect of this position.Leading the business forward with your personal qualities and aptitude whilst driving the technology estate to the edge of innovation by exploring possibilities is key.Role Responsibilities

• Develop components for applications by leveraging your Ruby skills and learning new languages.
• Take an active role in assisting junior developers and contributing to the technical designs.
• Engage with the wider business to build value into your technical work.
