The ICG Technology Strategy team is responsible for laying out the technology strategy for ICG - this includes defining architectural patterns that are employed across ICG businesses, engineering best in class platforms and deployable assets, laying outthe architectural best practices and guidance for engineering teams. This is a new, multi-disciplined group that is taking shape and will include product managers, technology SMEs, full stack senior engineers, security engineers, cloud engineers and architects. This team is part of the Engineering and Architecture Practice (EAP)in Citi and will work closely with engineering and business experts across Citi. The roleCiti is seeking an experienced full stack engineer to join the ICG Technology Strategy group. Youll be responsible for engineering core, global scale, technology assets and platforms that are secure by design, employ a zero-trust model and are built with best-in-classsecurity controls. These stacks will be developed using modern, cloud native principles and will employ leading technologies and open-source technologies. You will be at the forefront of shaping and building the strategic deployable blueprints and technology solutions that we are engineering for internal technologists. We are looking for full stack engineers with over 14+ years of experience in building and rollingout an ecosystem of digital solutions from concept to delivery. Youll be working with a varied technology stack, including open source and propriety tooling and platforms such as Google Cloud, AWS, Kubernetes and its ecosystem and more. Youll also build the automation for self-service security controls for all our blueprints(deployable assets), proactively identifying opportunities to improve along the way. The ideal candidate is a professional with deep hands-on experience in engineering transformative solutions using Kubernetes, open-source tech, deep experience in language stacks such as Golang, Nodejs and Java. We expect candidates who apply to thisrole to be well versed public clouds such as AWS and Google Cloud, and to have delivered hybrid solutions using on-prem enterprise and public cloud technologies. You should be comfortable working at the edge of technology, have a deep love for software engineeringand are driven by a strong desire to become the best engineer you can be. Responsibilities
