You will be responsible for supporting the service in ensuring that primary carers for thisservice users group are recognised, informed and supported to remain in their key roles.A key part of your role would also be to support the service in ensuring that primary carers for this service users group are recognised, informed and supported to remainin their key roles. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that social workers in the Team are supported to enable service users to achieve positive life outcomes and contribute to their communities.Working with individuals embarking on their recovery journey,you will deliver psychosocial interventions to maximise positive outcomes. The role will involve working closely with statutory services ensuring the needs are met under the provision of the Care Act 2014. You will also work with parents of children subjectto childrens services involvement. Where risks to children are identified, you will lead on raising concerns, liaising closely with statutory services.
