Job Description

Gemini People is looking for a Freelance Senior Social Media Analyst on the behalf of a Central London based Data-Led agency! This is a great opportunity to collaborate with a small but mighty Data & Analytics team supporting them on global opportunities working on a fantastic platform.Overview of the role:

  • Support ongoing social crisis reports and issues related to organic conversation about social platforms, branded channels, content or campaigns.
  • Monitoring and measuring calunches and campaigns.
  • Sentiment analysis, trends and themes, mentions and impressions, conversation analysis.
  • Digital and social data analysis & insights research applied to additional reseach.
    • You will have:
  • Excellent understanding of social listening tools (e.g. Crimson Hexagon, Brandwatch, Zignal)
  • In depth knowledge of Boolean logic - how and when to apply deep boolean commands.
  • Knowledge of social APIs and server side storage to determine how to develop issue alerts, dashboard integrations and historical data access.
  • Experience in crisis alert reporting; ability to communicate clearly and concisely, to various management levels.
  • Strong familiarity with the business applications of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, etc.)
