Job Description

Senior Site Manager £220-£320 Per day PAYE4 MonthsWoolwich, LondonAdvantage Resourcing are working on behalf of a leading Construction Company, looking for a Senior Site Manager for their site in Hospital Woolwich London.Typical Duties for this role will Include but not be limited to:

  • Leading a £1.3m electrical infrastructure project installing a new plantroom within an existing courtyard and associated works.
  • The candidate will also be getting involved with other potential projects on site
  • Overall Site Management
The candidate we are looking for to fill this exciting role will have experience in:
  • Team leadership
  • Dealing in Multimillion pound projects
  • Valuations and forecasts
  • Client reports
  • Client & Contractor Management
  • Hold a valid CSCS Card
