Job Description

  • Location: Fully Remote
  • Contract Length: 3 Month Rolling
  • Day Rate: £550 - £600 per day Inside IR35

Senior Service DesignerA Senior Service Designer to join a global digital transformation business on a B2B basis for one of their biggest projects across several brands in the telco industry. The ideal candidate has a successful track record of implementing service design witha human-centred design and pushing the design school of thought forward with an entrepreneurial attitudeSkills/Experience:
  • Ability to apply Service Design Thinking at scale
  • Ability to deliver value-driven Service Design
  • Ability to align cross-functional teams in an organisation with an engineering mind set
  • Support and shape ways of working in Service Design
  • Support the client on their journey to have a mature design operation
  • Workshop preparation and facilitation and stakeholder management
  • The development of service blueprints, customer journey maps, use scenarios, personas and business process models
  • Communicating ideas and explaining design decisions clearly
  • Interpreting evidence about users to understand behaviours and define user needs to propose services that meet their needs
  • Collaboratively develop ideas facilitating sketching, prototyping and iterative design
  • Stakeholder management at all levels and across functions.
  • Experienced in planning and leading workshops with teams and cross-functional stakeholders. (Including in person and remote teams)
